​Welcome to South Sell! We are committed to getting your orders delivered safely and on time.

​1. Order Processing

​Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

​Tracking Info: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking code as soon as your package is dispatched.

2. Important Delivery Details

​Signature Required: High-value items may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.

​Physical Addresses Only: We deliver via courier directly to your door and cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

​Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours with photo proof so we can arrange a replacement.
